Ahhhh...Summer

I love summer. Because we get to have Scott around a lot more, we get to do a lot of this that to us are just...well...fun. We are not exactly camping people, but on a whim we decided to buy a tent. Okay, it wasn't exactly a whim - Scott needed it for Youth Conference. Having purchased it, we have decided that it WILL get used. We have talked about doing some overnight camping trips, but if that doesn't work out, the backyard will do just fine!



This past week we have done a few what we call "camp-outs" in our backyard. It is so fun! Scott makes yummy popcorn, and we all pile in a watch a movie.



In case you can't tell, there is a sheet on the back of the house with a movie projected onto it. It is so great. Much more fun than a movie theater, because we get to be at home, near our own bathroom, and in our jammies! We are thinking that next time we will invite some friends over. Anyone game?
